Airbnb wanted to showcase a world where people are more connected. To support this vision, they rolled out a campaign aimed at creating fewer strangers one Airbnb booking at a time. For the digital portion of this campaign, Tool was tasked with creating a hub where hosts and guests could learn about the One Less Stranger concept and see the social impact of strangers meeting and sharing experiences. 

Along with the hub site, we created a film that spoke about the number of people staying in Airbnb homes across the world and how that translates into fewer strangers in the world. The film was the opening to a Web-GL globe that could be explored. This globe would show real time Airbnb bookings. I was the Associate Creative Director on this campaign and my role included design, animation, storyboarding and strategy.
